I’ve read a lot of articles about Ganoderma Lucidum and I can’t share it all in just one day. Every time I read an article, I always try to see if I’m on the right track. I do a lot of research for those medical terms I don’t understand. If I could explain those terms on my own way, I try to do that. I did organize the information about Ganoderma Lucidum and still keep on updating the posts whenever I discover new things about it. My purpose is to educate myself about Ganoderma Lucidum then share the learnings with people who have the same interest as mine.

I have couple of tips and reminders to those people who try to consume products with Ganoderma Lucidum. Always remember that if we don’t maintain healthy lifestyle, we accumulate more toxins and that is equal to deterioration of our overall wellness. Consuming a Ganoderma Lucidum product on regular basis is known to clear some of these toxins. For beginner users, you may experience a “resetting” period, where your body will show signs of "cleansing". The excretion of accumulated toxics and an increase in various metabolic activities are normal signs of recovery and they indicate that the regulatory properties of Ganoderma Lucidum are taking effect.

According to an article, the common symptoms of "recovery" may include dizziness, sore bones, skin irritation, change in bowel movements, including diarrhea and constipation, and pimple-like blemishes appearing on various parts of the body. The time frame of the symptoms may vary depending on how your body will react, but generally it last only for few days until your body adjusts to a higher state of wellness and becomes accustomed to the regular intake of Ganoderma Lucidum. Daily consumption of large amounts of water is recommended. It is important to point out again that these physiological reactions are only temporary. But if you are having doubts and feel that you are really sick, go seek for an advice of a doctor so that you’ll be sure. It’s still the best way to know if you’re ok.
